The client hosts one of the largest virtual gaming platforms that rewards users with cash, gift cards, or the company’s proprietary loyalty points. With a wide range of tournaments to be played, gamers can transact through cryptocurrencies to buy in-game virtual assets.

Project Highlights

With an aim to make its mark in the online gaming industry, the client approached Brainvire to develop a freemium web and mobile application for gaming and power it with blockchain technology. Brainvire software consultants recommended client to opt for PWA development for cost effectiveness and seamless experience. Complex APIs integration was done to reflect the exciting functionalities in the app and it was deployed securely on the Azure cloud services.

The Challenges

  • Connection with DEX (Digital Exchange Server)
    It was imperative to integrate the mobile app with DEX to ease the transactions w.r.t. cryptocurrency.
  • E-wallet with PayPal Integration
    An exclusive e-wallet was needed to manage all of the cryptocurrency transactions in one place. The client had a requirement to integrate the same with PayPal.
  • Location-based Authentication for Global Users
    As gamers belong to different geographical regions, it was important to verify the location of the users before enabling them access to the games.
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
    Access to the app had to be secured with a dual layer of security i.e. 2FA.
