The client is an established name in the automotive industry and is headquartered in Kuwait. It is a premium dealer of branded vehicles and also offers after-sales services to its customers. Impressed by Brainvire’s mobility solutions, the client approached us developing an exclusive mobile application for customer services and integrated with Leading Dealer Management System (DMS).

Project Highlights

The customer service mobile application was ideated to serve dual purposes: augment the customer engagement rate, and streamline its internal CRM workflow. Providing faster after-sales services to customers can maximize the uptime of automotive products. Developed for both Android and iOS platforms with Arabic compatibility, the application has exceptional Sales and after-sales features like Service booking for vehicle and real time track service detail, Showroom Visit Appointment, New Vehicle Availability Check, Test-Drive Booking, garage module, Certified Pre-owned Vehicle (CPOV) lists, online accessories and merchandise buying option, online payment for service booking, etc. Apart from this, the customer can view all of the available offers related to new cars, model variants, accessories, merchandise, sold vehicle, sales and after-sales.

The Challenges

  • Integration with Dealer Management System (DMS)
    The client’s system had to be integrated with DMS so that the customer can book test drives, showroom visits, service requests, obtain quotes, etc.
  • Implementation of Azure DevOps Architecture
    The mobile application had to be deployed on Azure DevOps architecture for security and scalability.
  • Data Security
    Utmost care had to be taken for maintaining the confidentiality of customers’ sales-related data in the system.
  • Real-time Synchronization of Bookings Between Mobile Application, CRM and DMS
    A functionality was needed that can reflect the customer bookings in the CRM backend and DMS, in real-time.

  • Improvement in Sales & After-Sales Experience of Car Buyers

    Car buyers can book showroom visits, test drives and schedule vehicle maintenance in real-time, with a few clicks. Customer will have the option to select service center, type of service, select slot with date and time, and also complete the payment process in a secure manner.
  • Vehicle Search Simplified for Prospective Buyers

    Potential buyers can search for a given vehicle model and variant along with its specifications, available color, etc. The exterior, interior and normal images of the vehicle can be viewed in a 360-degree format.
  • Real-time Roadside Assistance

    Users can raise a roadside assistance request in case of vehicle breakdown and also share their GPS location with the customer care representatives.
  • Securing a Profitable Future for the Automotive Industry

    The application has boosted the client’s revenue significantly and this solution can be scaled up according to the size of the business.
