Previously, Call48 tracked their sales and leads using antiquated methods. Our skilled team at Brainvire collaborated with Call48 to gain a thorough understanding of the issues and devise a solution. The plan was to use a cutting-edge CRM to manage their sales workflow and integrate it with their website to make things run more smoothly.

With careful analysis of the Call48 sales team’s requirements, our experts concluded that there is a need for a Telecom Digital Transformation and to create a centralized system to track the entire sales operations of the company. We brainstormed with Call48’s team on what can be done to improve their workflow and proposed to integrate a CRM system with their website. We linked their Contact Us to the CRM so as to generate leads automatically whenever a user contacts the company through the website.

Highlights

It was important to figure out the requirements of the sales team and what type of productivity they were aiming for. Nevertheless, after getting a thorough understanding of the workflow, we built the system and integrated the plugins required. We also introduced a hierarchy and role-based access system for the CRM that proved to be very beneficial to the sales team. As a result, we delivered a hassle-free and smooth system to manage Call48’s entire sales workflow.

Smooth Workflow with Rich Features: To streamline their workflow, we included a variety of useful and vital plugins. They were able to develop a consolidated strategy for tracking their leads with the help of Email Configuration, SMS Addon, Call Addon, and WhatsApp Addon. All internal communications were incorporated into the system, allowing Call48 to have a 360-degree view of their customers.

Automatic Lead Generation: Our team hooked the Contact Us form on the Call48 Website to the CRM so that every time a user fills out the form, an automatic lead is created in the CRM for the sales team to track and follow up on.

Document Management with Signature: Docusign's integration with the CRM system meant that the sales workflow had a proper signature-based document management system.

Dynamic Lead GenerationConnecting the website’s contact us form to the CRM created a centralized platform for monitoring all leads. This integration enabled Call48's sales team to keep track of their prospects and convert them into customers.
