The client wanted an app to facilitate brokers, franchisees, and their relationship managers to manage customers’ investments in equity, commodities, mutual funds, and currencies. In addition, IIFL wanted their app to be a single platform that helps the RMs cater to all their customers’ needs.

Brief

We built a cross-platform application that functioned effortlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Moreover, the app was readily available on Play Store and App Store. Additionally, we created a dashboard that allows the stakeholders to access all crucial customer and market data in one place. For this, we made several third-party integrations, including AppsFlyer and CleverTap, to track Finance Data Analytics and customer lifecycle, respectively.

Our developers used the Ionic technology to significantly reduce the time-consuming work of making the application available across devices and platforms. In addition, we made third-party integrations to cull out crucial user-behavior data and manage the customer lifecycle. We further created an advanced dashboard that helped the financial advisors and other stakeholders access all the clients’ vital information and market trends in one place. The dashboard also provided insights that acted as guiding steps for financial advisors to fuel their future revenue.
