About Project
Eagle Hills Pvt. Ltd is Middle East’s well-known real estate development company. Besides gulf countries, it has a wide span across Africa and Eastern Europe, too. It’s also listed in the Dubai Financial Market with a wide connect to 36+ overseas markets. The company wanted to help its Serbian property buyers post property possession. To materialize this idea, they approached Brainvire to create a unique mobile application that takes care of buyer’s various home service needs.

Brainvire team crafted a facility management software for the eServices after customer move-in to the property. We implemented mobile apps and .Net web application various booking home service needs, service providers, automated invoice and payment systems, multilingual (Serbian and English) and multi-currency with local payment gateway.
Highlights
30% increase in service request was noted within a month of app launch. Automation reduced 70% of errors used to happen before. A mobility solution opened a gateway for real service feedbacks. Surprisingly, this service portal fell into the list of factors for the property purchase as well.
