The collaboration aims to revolutionize Pazzion's eCommerce operations worldwide by leveraging Brainvire's expertise in Adobe Commerce Development and Odoo ERP Development.
Pazzion's current eCommerce setup includes five Shopify Plus websites, each catering to international regions like Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau, New Zealand, and Taiwan.
Eurostop, a retail management software, supports the website. Despite the successful localization and scalability of Pazzion's online presence, the brand faced significant operational challenges, particularly with the limitations of its existing POS system and the complexities of managing multiple backend systems for its Shopify stores.
Recognizing the need for a more streamlined and integrated solution, Pazzion turned to Brainvire for a comprehensive overhaul of its eCommerce infrastructure.
Brainvire's approach is centered on creating a unified, efficient, and scalable system that aligns with Pazzion's vision of delivering customers a unique, personalized experience.
This transformation will entail migrating Pazzion’s five Shopify B2C websites to Adobe Commerce and developing additional B2C and franchise-based B2B platforms. Additionally, these platforms will be seamlessly integrated with Odoo ERP for end-to-end order lifecycle management.
The new solution will be built on Adobe Commerce, the foundation for creating eight distinct B2C web stores and one B2B web store; all managed through a single, unified backend interface.
This will enhance operational efficiency and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers across different regions. Seven different currencies will be supported for B2C transactions, and a single currency (SGD) will be used for B2B transactions.
Moreover, the integration with Odoo ERP will streamline operations further by managing the entire order lifecycle, from creation to fulfillment, and providing advanced loyalty and promotional features.
Brainvire will also implement a customized promotion engine and a priority structure for loyalty and rewards services to ensure seamless integration of Adobe Commerce and Odoo ERP systems.
This partnership marks a significant milestone for both Brainvire and Pazzion.
