Brainvire Joins Hands with Payneglass for a Strategic Migration to Adobe Commerce

Brainvire, a leading digital transformation company, has partnered with Payneglass, an established online retailer specializing in vision correction, optical frames, lenses, and fashion eyewear.

The collaboration involves migrating Payneglass's website from Magento 2.1 to Adobe Commerce to enhance performance, security, and access to advanced features.

The partnership was initiated following a referral from the Adobe Sales Team, as Payneglass sought a scalable solution to elevate its digital presence.

Through strategic discussions, our team demonstrated its superior solutions and practical implementation processes, sparking Payneglass’ interest in a long-term partnership.

Known for offering affordable and stylish prescription glasses, Payneglass is transitioning to Adobe Commerce to leverage its robust, future-ready platform capabilities.

This migration will enable Payneglass to achieve better performance, enhanced security, and an improved website architecture, positioning the company for sustained growth in the competitive e-commerce landscape.

Brainvire's comprehensive migration plan ensures a smooth transition with minimal disruption, aligning with Payneglass' strategic objectives. The upgraded platform will allow Payneglass to utilize Adobe Commerce's advanced features, such as promotions, segmentation, and marketing tools, to drive further business growth.

The existing Payneglass website, built on Magento Community, offers a wide range of products, including prescription eyeglasses for men, women, and kids, as well as sunglasses and eyewear accessories.

With numerous customizations using YII (a PHP-based framework) and Python code for Order Management System (OMS) management, Payneglass aims to remove the YII code and adopt a more streamlined code structure within the Adobe Commerce framework.

We are committed to improving performance, security, and scalability while enabling the Payneglass website to leverage Adobe Commerce's advanced capabilities fully. Our approach includes a comprehensive discovery phase to upgrade, develop, and integrate the website effectively.

We will start by conducting an initial website analysis and code review to understand the existing setup and architecture thoroughly.

Following this, we will perform an in-depth technical assessment in collaboration with Payneglass, creating detailed technical documents, resource plans, and RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) plans to ensure seamless teamwork throughout the project.

Our migration planning will involve meticulous strategy development, including comprehensive plans and project timelines to facilitate a smooth and efficient transition to Adobe Commerce.

Thanks to this strategic approach, the upgraded Payneglass website will meet evolving business needs, incorporating a hierarchical order process, virtual try-on, advanced site search, promotional rules, and loyalty programs.

Chintan Shah, CEO of Brainvire, commented, "Partnering with Payneglass allows us to expand our reach and strengthen our position in the eyeglasses and eyewear accessories market. By leveraging Payneglass's established brand, we aim to scale up our expertise in the eyeglasses industry."

Through this collaboration, Brainvire ensures that all of Payneglass' requirements are met, laying the groundwork for a successful migration and integration that aligns with their business goals.
