The partnership focuses on a critical aspect of AEM implementation: optimizing the shopping cart experience. The cybersecurity firm has identified significant issues with its current cart system and seeks Brainvire’s expertise to resolve them. Specifically, the firm requires a deep-dive to diagnose their shopping carts and resolve issues impacting user experience and conversion rates.
We will deeply analyze cart issues to resolve user experience and conversion rate issues. The goal is to optimize the cart journey and core web vitals across 16 location-specific websites, aligning with customer behavior to improve conversion ratios. This partnership will deliver a more efficient, user-friendly shopping experience.
We will implement key strategic improvements to enhance the shopping cart experience. For User Interface (UI) Elements, we’ll refine product displays to ensure a clear presentation of images, names, descriptions, quantities, and prices. The cart summary will be updated to show total items, subtotals, taxes, discounts, and final prices more prominently, with optimized Calls to Action (CTAs) to boost engagement. Regarding backend services, we will enhance cart management to handle item additions, removals, and updates efficiently. Pricing and discount calculations will be streamlined for better accuracy, and user session management will be improved to maintain cart states across sessions.
For database components, user data, including login status and past purchases, will be managed effectively. Cart data will be persistently stored and linked to user accounts for a seamless experience. Integrations will include fortified payment gateway connections and third-party services for tax calculations, fraud detection, and recommendations.
Our focus areas for optimization will ensure a user-friendly interface with intuitive navigation, improved speed through image compression, reduced render-blocking resources, and advanced security measures. Mobile optimization, clear pricing and shipping information, progress indicators, guest checkout options, multiple payment methods, cart reminders, and accessible customer support will all enhance user experience. To improve Core Web Vitals, we will optimize loading performance, interactivity, and visual stability through image optimization, reduced JavaScript execution, and reserved space for content. These improvements will provide a faster, more reliable, and user-friendly shopping cart experience.
