A feedback mechanism collects user input to continually enhance our chatbot’s performance in providing HR support.
System Optimization with Infrastructure, NLP, and Cache
We optimized system performance by upgrading infrastructure, enhancing code efficiency, and improving database operations. NLP accuracy was enhanced through fine-tuning algorithms and expanding datasets.
