Client is a leading healthcare specialist in Dubai who required an inclusive solution to meet all his clinic management needs. He required an efficient clinic management system with modules for appointment scheduling, viewing appointments of the present day, client registration, employee profile management, reports and MIS reports generation, help desk activities management and much more.
Project Highlights
The .Net Core application that Brainvire’s team developed was capable of handling all the data across all the clinics situated at multiple locations. Facilitating centralized management for all the patient data for easily integrating with third-party appointment scheduling software to enable patients check out doctor’s availability on specific calendar dates and book appointments. The process of transferring data safe and securely between the systems and sending an automated SMS for the patient about the scheduled appointment. A third-party appointment scheduling software planned to be integrated into the application, SAAS module was implemented in order to manage multi-location data controlled by their respective administrators. Various payment gateways were implemented to allow multiple payment options to patients. User-friendly queue management system was developed A customized web application was developed from scratch for client requirements.
