The backbone of the platform's efficiency lies in its robust admin panel, guaranteeing smooth operations for users and administrators. In a strategic move aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and optimizing operational costs, our dedicated team is set to implement a range of improvements on the eCommerce website. The focus is on refining existing features and introducing new elements to cater to the dynamic needs of users for every special moment.
Key enhancements will include adjustments to the Cart Page, such as removing the 'Change' button for a more straightforward navigation experience. On the Product Detail Page (PDP), users can now benefit from a 'Save and Use Previous Personalization' feature and a 'Review, Edit, and Approve' mechanism for card customization before adding items to the cart. The Quantity selection feature now includes a detailed price breakdown with bulk discounting options.
Furthermore, the PDP enhancements introduce additional features, such as fulfillment options for Return Address and Recipient Address, an Image Upload option, and a more intuitive user journey facilitated by image-guided navigation. Additionally, we plan to offer users a high degree of customization. This will include features such as text boxes for personalized messages with various font styles, options to select different verses or write their own, the ability to choose layouts for envelopes, and even the option to select the type of envelope, among others.
We will focus on UI/UX improvements, BigCommerce development, and strategic integrations to implement these enhancements. Notably, a key integration involves collaborating with Doogma, a third-party customization tool, to enhance the overall user experience.
