They partnered with Brainvire for the development of a feature-rich eCommerce portal with CRM backend.

Brainvire’s team chose the Community Edition (CE) of Magento to develop the eCommerce portal due to its flexibility and enthralling look. The team gave prime importance to inventory management, site design, shipping methods, and payment gateways. The online store was integrated with Auro CRM - Brainvire’s flagship product for the eCommerce industry - with the help of bi-directional APIs. Sales representatives were able to track potential leads, manage quotes, analyze bounce rates and get a 360-degree view of customers’ shopping journey.
