Onshore experience for Brainvire’s team for implementation of Kuwait’s leading Parking Management App

Brainvire organized onsite travel for multi-level teams including developer and Business analyst, to understand the ground realities, integration possibilities, check the real hardware, talk with the IT manager of the parking structure, and test the application.

The app utilizes the latest parking technologies. It allows users to take advantage of the ticket and license plate recognition technologies that are available for use throughout Kuwait's parking spaces and structures.

The client is a startup based in Kuwait. It was established in 2019. The main aim of the client is to simplify the parking procedure through the development of digital solutions to optimize the use of parking facilities. Brainvire vouched to help the client in their goal to make the parking process hassle-free for users.

The client wanted users to find easily available parking spaces without wasting too much time. We created a Parking Map that would guide users to accessible parking facilities. The quick pay facility ensured easy exit journeys for users. This also reduced the human labor intervention and cash collections.

Brainvire team spent a month in Kuwait to understand different integration possibilities, working on the current app, issues that people are facing, working on the hardware, and a few tests before going live. We were able to complete all the required things successfully, and it gave another level of confidence to clients as well because of the personal touch.
