Our Solution
Created a Surface Area Calculator for Better Home Management
We launched a surface area calculator on the same platform to help customers better plan home improvements. Once customers enter the surface area data, they can gauge the tiling required for their room. The calculator allows for seamless planning and quicker decision-making with precise control of the budget for the tiles.
Created 360-degree Product Visualization Feature
We delivered an innovative feature on the new platform to help customers visualize the products in their rooms. Using a custom Magento solution, the customers could upload a picture of their room, and the platform would automatically create a 360-degree visualization of how the chosen product, like tiles, would appear in their rooms. This enabled customers to make informed decisions.
Created Provision For Custom Sample Orders
We developed a unique sample ordering system to eliminate hesitation in the buying journey. Customers can conveniently reserve the specific product they’re interested in and their desired quantity. This reservation is then stored securely in our backend system for seven days, allowing ample time for them to confirm their selection before committing to a full purchase.
Delivered Mood Board For Product Alternative
For the tile selection process, we implemented a creative mood board feature. This allows customers to explore various tile options within their desired category. Through a user-friendly filter system, they can easily narrow their choices based on specific preferences like color, pattern, or finish. This empowers them to curate a personalized mood board that reflects their unique design vision.
