As a logistics operations company, our client-VersaFleet is a transport management system (TMS) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) that digitalizes and Automates supply chains worldwide. They aim to automate the world’s logistics operations by digitalizing supply chains ground up, simplifying day-to-day ops for transporters around the world. Versa Fleet promotes business growth through early digitalization of fundamental functions.
Companies can only adopt cutting-edge technology like completely driverless vehicles if they have a solid digital base.They were interested in implementing our software to improve fleet management and resource allocation. Their long-term objective is large-scale automation by digitizing supply chains from the bottom up.
Project Highlights
Brainvire plans to upgrade many areas, including digitization, the improvement of current software, and the upkeep of freshly built procedures. In addition, ERP and an order management system were powering the business, so we had to develop a way to integrate the two. We developed an application that provides the necessary tools and capabilities to efficiently manage, track, and optimize the delivery of goods and services.
The application is designed with scalability in mind, allowing for faster and easier implementation of new functionalities as the business grows.
The application provides a single, integrated system for managing all aspects of a business, including data, operations. We implemented custom programs to capture data on a real-time basis, thereby enabling the customer to have a comprehensive overview of the entire process. We also migrated their existing databases and applications to the cloud, which improved scalability and resulted in greater cost savings.
The Challenges
- Lack of Security Feature:Recently developed software applications needed fundamental security safeguards.
- Non-appealing UI/UX Design:The interface and user experience needed to be more attractive and responsive to the user's needs.
- Architecture Monitoring:Middleware was not getting monitored from the front-end application to the backend, which was problematic for the managers.
- Shipment Delays:Low payment realizations caused by frequent shipment delays slowed processes and made it difficult to access shipment data.
