Additionally, Cole Haan offers a diverse collection of fashion accessories, including wallets, bags, hats, scarves, and footwear care essentials. In a recent endeavor, Cole Haan joined forces with Byrdie Golf Social Wear to launch a Limited-Edition Women’s Golf Collection. To optimize their daily operations and provide exceptional customer satisfaction, they sought to align their e-commerce platform with the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system through the right Microsoft partner.
Project Highlights
The client wished to use a middleware technology to connect their e-commerce website to Microsoft Dynamics ERP. Their Shopify-based e-commerce website would be integrated with the ERP system to automate most of their core company processes, including internal hiring and inventory management, allowing for quick and on-time delivery. The technology would add a security layer, sync orders from the Cole Haan website to Microsoft Dynamics ERP, and give real-time visibility into the entire procedure.
