Our client is an individual seeking services that aim to introduce a product to a cultural hub in the United States. Their objective is to offer an innovative solution that facilitates document collaboration for a wide range of users, including students, colleges, universities, writers, financial institutions, legal firms, and other Learning Management Systems (LMS) that rely on data and documents. The client requires a Collaborative Document Management System (CDMS) that enables seamless collaboration between readers and authors on a shared document, such as Word or Google Docs. The CDMS supports PDF-formatted shared documents and enables real-time annotation collaboration while offering document analytics.
Project Highlights
We've developed a responsive website compatible with desktops, mobiles, and tablets, enabling users to upload unlimited PDF files. Our client aimed for more efficient document tracking, increased customer engagement, and interactive communication through these documents. Their goal is to promote e-documents for automated reader-author interaction. We've developed an efficient and user-friendly real-time collaboration solution that provides valuable user behavior insights and advanced document-level subscription management to access the docs. Additionally, we've designed a static website for product promotion. Our application supports audio and video walkthroughs, enabling clear communication, the ability to annotate PDFs, and attach/view additional files.
