This process has been time-consuming for Relationship Managers (RMs) and Internal Technical Managers (ITMs), who manually input data into a five-page technical visit report comprising multiple fields and tabs.

Our new solution intends to significantly reduce the number of fields and tabs, making the process more efficient and product-specific. For instance, in the Shakti process, the report will focus on just three key areas: Customer & Location, Property & Structure, and Valuation & Remarks. This streamlined approach will save vendors considerable time filling out reports, enhancing overall productivity and accuracy.

The FLUTTER-based system we are developing will be compatible with iOS, Android, and web platforms, allowing users to access the new report format seamlessly on their phones or laptops without requiring separate login functionality. The technical verification process will remain unchanged, with ITMs accessing the report via the vendor dashboard, ensuring a smooth and effortless transition to the new system.
