Brainvire is thrilled to announce a new collaboration with a leading global ESG performance and risk management solutions provider. This strategic partnership aims to enhance and maintain the provider's website, improve user experience, and ensure a robust, reliable platform for its extensive client base.

With over 30 years of experience, they offer SaaS Software Solutions, proprietary data and consulting services, and sustainable investment and risk assessment services that help organizations worldwide manage environmental, health, safety, data consulting, and sustainability risks, as well as operational risk management, product stewardship, and supply chain risk management. The leading ESG solution provider sought WordPress website maintenance solutions and enhancements to the website, aiming to streamline the user experience and deliver a more comprehensive platform.

The client has outlined specific requirements for the website, including audit, bug fixes, solution and QA, web page enhancements, and design updates. We have also undertaken tasks mentioned in the Statement of Work (SOW), such as website enhancements, Website Development and Design, bug fixing, monthly maintenance and updates, Monthly CMS and plugin updates, uptime monitoring, and database backups. Brainvire will conduct monthly quality assurance reviews of site files and databases, generate and share monthly maintenance and performance reports, and provide uptime monitoring services by implementing an automated monitoring tool. Should the site go down, Brainvire will be alerted via the monitoring service and will remediate the outage. Additionally, Brainvire will work with the hosting provider, WP Engine, to provide support where possible.

After conducting a thorough audit and QA, our team has focused on enhancing the existing website. This includes addressing design-related issues, fixing various elements, resolving 404 errors, and conducting comprehensive website audits. At this stage, no new features have been added from our end.
