The primary objective is to create an intuitive and efficient Order Portal that allows the CSR and Sales teams to easily place orders on behalf of Health Care Practitioners (HCPs), even when the IFS system is down. The portal will feature a user-friendly interface to minimize clicks and enhance usability, ensuring a seamless order placement experience.

Brainvire will utilize its expertise in Microsoft development services to achieve these goals, specifically focusing on .NET web development. The project will involve fascilitatinng communication between the Order Portal and the IFS system. This middleware will transfer essential data, including product information and customer details, ensuring smooth data synchronization and order processing.

The order management portal will include several key features to enhance functionality and user experience. Authentication and user management will be handled through secure login processes with ADFS, and defined user roles for CSR, Sales, and CCL teams will ensure appropriate access. The home page will offer easy navigation to customers, orders, order history, product listings, and the search panel.

Order creation will be streamlined, allowing users to enter customer details, manage multiple addresses, add products, select payment methods, and choose from various shipping options. Order review and history functionalities will provide detailed order summaries and comprehensive order histories, including total customer and order details. Additionally, the portal will facilitate address and customer management with comprehensive listings of addresses and customer information to aid in order placement.
