Developed Arabic Reference Guide for Training
To bridge the language gap and empower Arabic users, we created comprehensive training documentation entirely in Arabic. Strategic Basmatak Implementation
We conducted a deep dive into the existing HR attendance system, pinpointing potential integration points with Basmatak. This analysis, along with clearly defined project scope and timelines, formed the foundation of our implementation plan. We accurately customized Basmatak’s user interface for Arabic users
Facilitated Container Space Calculation For RFQ/PO
To optimize container utilization and streamline import processes, we captured in product records, allowing for accurate space calculations. During RFQ/PO creation, the system referenced product and container dimensions and reports to display the number of containers needed per supplier and many other features like this have been implemented in odoo 17.
Standardized Data Format With Mapped Fields
We identified that Odoo typically relies on structured formats like CSV or Excel for data import. Since the brand’s data wasn’t in one of these formats, we addressed this by converting it before integrating it into the Odoo system. This proactive step ensured a smooth, efficient data migration and B2B & B2C sales optimization.
