Ajmal Perfumes is a renowned manufacturer, supplier, and distributor of oil-based perfumes. It was started in 1950 in Assam, India, and is now based in Dubai, UAE.
Ajmal Perfumes needed to revolutionize the way they worked, so they hired Brainvire to power the digital ecosystem by integrating SAP ERP, Odoo CRM, and Odoo POS to scale sales and marketing.
Project Highlights
Odoo POS was implemented across all stores worldwide to improve in-store and online purchasing. Orion ERP and MRP software were implemented to enable accounting, procurement, and sales. While Ajmal Perfumes already had a CRM and a loyalty program system, Odoo CRM was adopted because they wanted a flexible and user-friendly CRM platform. Brainvire incorporated Ajmal Perfumes' loyalty program demands into the company's Odoo CRM and Odoo POS.
