As an existing customer, Balubaid Group is poised to expand its business into new verticals, particularly in the FMCG domain. They have partnered with us to develop comprehensive B2B and B2C FMCG solutions to achieve this goal.

The project entails the seamless integration of e-commerce solutions with the odoo ERP system, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency across the board. We plan to implement various features to address Balubaid's specific needs, including seamless ordering processes, personalized recommendations, inventory management, promotions, discounts, and more for B2C customers. For B2B customers, we will focus on implementing features such as ordering bulk products, approval rules, company management, registration approval, company credit management, and multi-site architecture.

We will leverage our expertise in Odoo ERP integration solutions and B2B and B2C e-commerce services based on Adobe Commerce to tackle these challenges. Our team will utilize out-of-the-box functionality and ensure end-to-end integration with Odoo, meticulously mapping each business requirement to deliver tailored solutions. In the B2B sector, we will implement special pricing flows for respective companies, streamline company registration processes, and incorporate essential company details like VAT and CRN numbers for validation and platform access.
