Fales Grand required a robust Odoo ERP solution to streamline their extensive operations, encompassing purchase management, sales management, inventory, accounting, and a sophisticated partner workflow. Brainvire’s solution introduced a unique intercompany rule setup, enabling partner companies to raise Purchase Orders (POs), leveraging Odoo Purchase Management, for the Iraq division. 

This workflow included an automated Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, vendor selection, and a structured approval mechanism, with email notifications and detailed rejection reasons for enhanced control. Upon PO approval, the system also automates Sales Order (SO) creation with Odoo Sales Management, incorporating landed costs for accurate financial tracking.

Recognizing the need for precise reporting, Brainvire developed Odoo custom reports, including stock valuation, item-wise profit, warehouse reports, collection summaries, invoice profitability, aged receivables/payables, and consignment stock models. These reports provide critical insights for management, facilitating informed decision-making.

This provides multi-company access with dedicated data visibility, default currency assignments (IQD, USD, Yuan, AED), real-time stock, sales, invoice tracking, and automated PO/SO processing. 

Brainvire also delivered comprehensive custom reports, including partner-wise sales and inventory, multi-currency financial reports, purchase cost breakdowns with landed costs, and aging reports for receivables and payables tailored to Fales Grand’s specific needs.
