About

The client has established a strong footprint in the healthcare industry of the UAE and serving multiple markets in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries since 2007. Their offerings include pharmaceuticals, skincare, beauty, healthcare, nutraceuticals, personal care, baby care, sports nutrition, and medical devices. They wanted to connect their vast chain of pharmacies through an on-demand application and approached Brainvire for the same.

Project Highlights

The online pharmacy app delivers prescription drugs and healthcare products in a hassle-free manner. End users can interact with the AI-based support system to get recommendations on the latest products and they can also search for products using the in-built image recognition tool that is powered by Machine Learning. The admin can manage the delivery of prescription drugs through a pharmacy interface and pass on the customer data to delivery persons who will ensure that the drug reaches its consumer on time.
