We implemented a mobile app where administrators assign orders electronically, optimizing picker assignments based on availability and workload. We streamlined a seamless order management process to ensure effectiveness.

We enabled real-time synchronization, such as adding or removing products, providing a discount on products, adding substitutes (if any), and actions like Starting, saving, and completing picking, so admins will get a real-time update between the mobile app and Magento, ensuring administrators and pickers have instant updates.

Our integrated functionality includes an option to define additional quantities picked, which distinguishes between ordered and additional quantities picked. This automates adjustments and improves accuracy in order processing.
