Automated the Order Assignment Task
We implemented a mobile app where administrators assign orders electronically, optimizing picker assignments based on availability and workload. We streamlined a seamless order management process to ensure effectiveness.
Streamlined Real-Time Order Updates
We enabled real-time synchronization, such as adding or removing products, providing a discount on products, adding substitutes (if any), and actions like Starting, saving, and completing picking, so admins will get a real-time update between the mobile app and Magento, ensuring administrators and pickers have instant updates.
Seamless Quantitative Order Management
Our integrated functionality includes an option to define additional quantities picked, which distinguishes between ordered and additional quantities picked. This automates adjustments and improves accuracy in order processing.
Seamlessly Enhanced the Order Visibility
We implemented ‘expand and collapse’ functionality in the app to display original and substituted items, improving clarity and efficiency for pickers. Through this seamless process, we enhanced the visibility of the orders.
