The digital platform that was developed, featured automation processing capabilities to smoothen inventory management of purchased tickets. The client wants to connect more fans to live events. Brainvire also developed API integration functions to fetch data from multiple inputs seamlessly.

The client wanted to enhance their Broker functions by embracing inventory processing automation. They wanted to provide more timely feedback to their inventory processing staff and improve ticket processing throughput. We gave the client a new web platform that automates manually performed processes and reduces the probability of human errors. The digital platform has a better dashboard that will provide timely information about inventory and the status of tickets. The client also wanted API development to ease data fetching and storing from third-party platforms.
