Since its founding in 1969, Ajmal Perfumes has emerged to be a global leader in producing, selling, and distributing oil-based fragrances. They were keen to upgrade their operations, so they turned to Brainvire to build an interactive system allowing SAP ERP, Odoo CRM, and POS to talk to one another, facilitating more sales and marketing expansion.

Ajmal Perfumes has a large online presence with 250+ physical stores across the world. In order to streamline their operations, Brainvire unified their POS, customer loyalty program, SAP connectivity, and back-end functionalities. The company has over 7 million customers and places between 12,000 and 15,000 daily purchases, therefore we implemented a point-of-sale system that can adapt to the nuances of each country's retail landscape.

Linguistically Diverse Platform: We have over 250 retail locations, all of which share a single, global consumer database. Both English and Arabic are available on each website.
Facilitating a Pleasant Customer Retention Method: Created a method to recognize and reward loyal customers. Loyalty points are automatically recorded for each customer as they are earned and spent.
Customer Segmentation and Management: A customer's purchasing history will be analyzed and used to assign them to one of several tiers. The algorithm adjusts the customer's tier upwards or downwards based on their spending patterns.
System that Allows for Interaction: Periodic tasks will perform automatic data transfer between Odoo and SAP, as well as between SAP and Odoo.
