Brief
We developed a website where buyers will be able to send a quote request to suppliers. We also integrated a chat tool wherein suppliers will have the facility to respond to the buyer’s quote request. Buyers can also hire a CHA Agent for order delivery at the doorstep and can make payment to CHA online or offline.
Highlights
The B2B marketplace connects buyers and sellers of chemical products. This enables companies to reach a wider audience by catering to a worldwide audience. It also enables providers to know the compatible buyer. Suppliers can list as many products as they like on the web platform. Real-time updates keep buyers and suppliers informed about the status of their quotations and orders, enhancing the platform's user experience.
