Brief
We expanded market reach and increased sales in the FMCG sector for wholesale and retail clients. For B2C, we accomplished this by streamlining the ordering process, offering personalized recommendations, and enhancing inventory and promotion management. For B2B, we provided bulk ordering, approval rules, company management, and credit management. Additionally, we implemented a multi-site architecture and integrated Magento with Odoo ERP for smooth data synchronization.

We implemented a dual catalog system in Adobe Commerce B2B, featuring both a public shared catalog and custom shared catalogs. The default public catalog is automatically created and visible to general and unregistered customers, supporting only one catalog at a time. In addition, custom shared catalogs can be made, offering tailored pricing visibility to logged-in associates of specific company accounts. This flexibility allows businesses to provide distinct visibility and pricing options, accommodating a wide range of business needs and ensuring a more personalized shopping experience.

We developed an omnichannel ordering solution that seamlessly integrates phone and website orders. This system enables users to place orders through either channel with ease. Our solution facilitates order review, comparison of pricing options, and access to credit transactions and balance information.
