Brief
We rebranded a multi-brand fashion retailer’s digital landscape by seamlessly unifying six eCommerce sites into a singular, ERP-integrated platform. Melissa sought to centralize the backend management of six websites and integrate various international payment methods, facing difficulties with platforms like Shopify and Magento. The expansion into Malaysia, which involved setting up three additional stores, placed a strain on resources and complicated store management.
We addressed these challenges by partnering with Adobe to streamline operations across Singapore and Malaysia. We introduced a tailored loyalty module to overcome trust issues with redeeming online vouchers from offline purchases, enhancing customer retention with initiatives like birthday gifts and referral discounts. Additionally, we implemented Odoo for ERP and warehouse management, effectively optimizing overall operations.
