Brainvire’s team conducted a deep analysis of the client’s existing systems to provide the best solution that would help them boost customer satisfaction and increase sales. The Middleware system would sync Orders from the e-commerce website to Microsoft Dynamics ERP. It would also sync Product Masters, Product Variants, Inventory & Prices from Microsoft Dynamics ERP to the e-commerce website in real-time. The team also implemented an order orchestration method to enable the identification of the nearest store/warehouse for efficient order fulfillment.
