Automated CURE International's Platform in Eight Children's Hospitals Worldwide with Odoo

We implemented a centralized system for managing purchases, inventory, and accounting across CURE International’s eight hospitals. Prior to this, different systems were used, leading to inefficiencies and a lack of synchronization. Odoo integrated all hospital operations under one system, providing real-time inventory tracking, automated purchase orders, and streamlined accounting. We also customized multi-company architecture, allowing the headquarters in the U.S. to consolidate data from all hospitals, providing a clear overview of operations such as local purchases, inventory movements, consumptions and scrap of items and medications, accounting visibility, etc.

We automated CURE International’s stock counting and adjustment processes using Odoo’s batch inventory adjustment functionality. Previously, stock counts and adjustments were done manually using spreadsheets, which led to discrepancies and time-consuming processes. We eliminated manual data entry and streamlined inventory management by integrating an automated batch inventory adjustment system. Stock counts, transfers, and adjustments are now handled directly within Odoo, providing accurate, real-time data and reducing errors.
