Our team developed a Business Request Form in Office 365 to facilitate information gathering for expense reports and bookings. In addition, we developed a platform where the client's end-user or employee can input their details such as name, work title, department, travel destination, trip purpose, trip start and end dates, number of hotel stays, etc.

For business trips, the client wants an online portal. We showed the client how the route would work for their company. Employees had to manually fill out a form for the client's travel expenditure management system. We now monitor out-of-town charges electronically. We're also designing a web-based interface for managing travel expenses. The paperwork is forwarded to the employee's "Line Manager" for evaluation and approval, then to the "General Manager Or Director" for final approval. Staff who submit expense reports will be notified via email.

The status of an employee's expenditure request is sent to them through email. Client travel cost management was done manually, where staff had to submit a form with all their spending data.
