Brainvire developed a document management system (DMS) for its employees. This Sharepoint application is targeted at safeguarding user data and enabling them to view and manage their files from a single location. These solutions permit users to collaborate on documents and provide extensive search features and activity monitoring. Workflows can be automated in numerous ways, including creating a bespoke workflow. The DMS is equipped with audit trails and version control so that users can easily track their documents' evolution. Because SharePoint's DMS is integrated directly into Office 365, users can access their files from any device, anytime and anywhere.

Our SharePoint-based DMS was built by our SharePoint developers to help our managers better store, manage, and access their documents from within the SharePoint platform. Users with a web browser can access the documents from anywhere and work together in real time on them. SharePoint's DMS also allowed for the creation of unique forms, document templates, and automated processes, making it a powerful tool for managing and organizing one's documents.
