The client, based on the USA, sells a range of sports nutrition, vitamins, herbs, omegas, beauty and personal care products. FDA certification is carried out on all the manufactured products for certification. The ingredients are all gathered from the Polynesian Islands; they are fresh and healthy.

So, the client already everything that could enhance customer satisfaction product-wise.
