Adobe Commerce Quick Order Feature
We implemented Adobe Commerce’s quick order feature to address the challenge of the time-consuming and error-prone manual search for products. This allowed users to directly input product SKUs and quantities into a CSV file, significantly reducing order placement time and minimizing errors. By automating the process, we streamlined operations and improved user efficiency.
Enquiry Tracking & Saving
For better search and retrieval, and therefore, improved user experience and efficiency, we implemented a feature for users to save their inquiries for future reference. This enabled them to easily revisit past searches, track order statuses, and retrieve important details without having to re-enter search criteria. This streamlined approach also saved time and effort for users.
Automated Document Verification
To streamline the manual document verification process, we implemented an automated document verification system. This system allowed users to easily upload required documents during registration, which were then automatically checked for validity. This eliminated the need for manual intervention, significantly reducing processing time and ensuring accurate verification.
Flexible Pricing Options
To address the rigid pricing structure and empower users with greater flexibility, we implemented a feature that allowed users to negotiate prices for orders exceeding AED 50,000. This enabled the users to optimize their purchasing decisions, secure the best possible deals, and tailor the pricing to their specific needs.
