About
Established in 2010, the diamond merchant originated in New York City with a mission to provide clients with extraordinary diamonds accompanied by an unrivalled customer experience. Over the years, it evolved into a renowned "memo house," facilitating connections between independent jewellers, wholesalers, and customers for natural and lab-grown diamonds. The company's exceptional diamond standards, extensive selection, and customer satisfaction dedication have earned it a stellar reputation in the industry.
Project Highlights
The client had been managing their business offline when they decided to venture into the online realm, targeting B2C customers. They aimed to develop a diamond and jewelry website for customers in the USA, enabling online jewelry orders. The website incorporated Adobe payment gateways and offered EMI-based payment options. Customers had the option to customize products by filling out a custom form. Additionally, they could book showroom appointments online and view 360-degree product videos on the product detail page. The implementation relied on Adobe Commerce Cloud technology.
The Challenges
- Customizable Diamond Search:Diamond search lacks customization options for multiple attributes.
- Custom Attribute Product Import:The problem was importing products with custom attributes.
- EMI Payment Issues:The brand was struggling to find an EMI-based payment solution.
- 4C Diamond Section Integration:The issue incorporated a 4C (Cut, Clarity, Color, Carat) diamond section on the product detail page.
