The client is a USA based reputed software company that provides a variety of portfolio and advanced reporting IT solutions to clientele across the world. It’s an end to end solution crafting company that works on most of the significant areas such as mobile app development, web app development, reporting applications and much more. The company approached Brainvire for hiring developers for consultation and development of an offer management portal.

Project Highlights

The project was to code up backend system and an API to interact with the mobile application. It’s an application for offers management portal where users can avail coupons and apply it to a specific store. Brainvire developers went at client environment and worked in CodeIgniter framework for the backend system and API both. Plus, the application involved working on AWS server. SES and SNS services were used to craft email notification system. An efficient back-end system was created to manage everything that falls through a mobile application and a robust API was also framed to help store owners interact with the portal.

The Challenges

  • Representation of App in terms of API
    The end client asked for an API that can be the exposure of mobile app as a B2B solution. So that different stores can interact with the API and put down their offers to a central repository of offers.
  • Offer Management System
    The back end system required a module that can handle all the details of the offers and run like a particular system. The system was required to be featured with all update and modification functionalities.
  • Email Notification System
    The client required an email notification system, which can take care of mass marketing messages, and another type of high-quality content to the customers.
  • Reports
    The end client needed a strong reporting functionality in order to assess where the business flow is heading and to determine the future strategies for the success of the business.
